Online Reputation Management (ORM) is a hot topic with businesses now. We have finally realized that clients are shopping before buying and not only looking but studying reviews online. So it’s important to really look at your online reputation and see what people are saying about you.

I wrote an article for PeoriaArea.com on this topic (here is the link) and it really gets the point across for businesses and the responsibility of customers.  Being a good customer is just as important as protecting your brand.  We should be able to work together and help each other.

What I have been doing is writing a nice review to a business each week, whether it’s a client or someone who does great work.  It takes about 5 minutes of my time.  How about you?  Can you pay it forward in this small way?  Why not?
