How did you get started?
I’m an experiential learner of life and a practitioner of pausing for the cause. Since 2006 I have practiced as a leadership coach, consultant, and management trainer for non-profits, government, health care, and corporate organizations.
In 2013 I decided to take a soulful sabbatical and pause for my own cause and accomplished certification as a professional Presence-Based Leadership Coach (an affiliate with the International Coach Federation – ICF). Shortly after which, Coaching Concepts was born and my lifework came into being.

What would you do if you didn’t have your company?
I would simply serve in a different capacity; however, I would find some way to continue to share my life’s work and collaborate with other like-purposed people.

What advice would you give others starting a business?
Purposefully network with others and be supportive of those you meet along the way. Have an unwavering belief in yourself and the courage to create what you desire. Be patient and try your best to flow with spirit time. Be mindful of setbacks for they are simply learning opportunities. There will be naysayers along the way and some may be close friends and family members -” listen to them and offer kindness -” then return to your inner desires and BELIEVE in possibilities. There will be moments where you’ll experience substantial progress and in other moments it may feel as if things are barely moving ” it’s all necessary and remember you are still moving forward. Above all, remain COURAGEOUS! This journey will take every ounce of courage you can muster and you are deserving of a life created by YOU!

What do you attribute to your success?
Surrounding myself with positive, healthy people who believe in themselves and are also supportive of my aspirations. Possessing a beginners mind. Showing up in new ways that allow me to be more compassionate.

Tell us something that no one else knows about you
I’ve had a life-long dream of creating a community garden and sharing a passion with like-purposed people for slow raise farming. Perhaps my next endeavor!

Anything else you care to share?
You cannot travel the path until you have become the path itself. -Buddha
